Divinium Archive is a publishing and media company. The characters, story worlds, scripts, illustrations, lettering, cover art, editorial text, audio, video, digital comic files, product photography, software, and archive design made available through the Services are protected works owned by Divinium Archive or used under license from creators, publishers, estates, distributors, and other rights-holders.
01. Rights reserved
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Subject to the applicable purchase or subscription terms, Divinium grants an individual a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view a Digital Work through approved Services for personal, non-commercial use. This permission does not allow you to make scans, screenshots for redistribution, translations, adaptations, fan databases, datasets, training corpora, merchandise, public screenings, or commercial compilations.
Titles, logos, character names, marks, trade dress, and recurring visual symbols may be trademarks or protected branding. Do not register confusingly similar domains, social handles, products, or marks, or imply sponsorship by Divinium or a rights-holder.
02. Creator and contributor track
Creators, writers, artists, translators, letterers, editors, licensors, and other contributors retain the rights provided by their agreement with Divinium or the applicable rights-holder. Where a work is licensed, the license may limit territory, format, duration, language, print run, or promotional use. Product listings and credits identify the relevant publisher, creator, or license where commercially and legally appropriate.
If you submit a review, comment, lore note, image, or other material, you represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and grant the operational license described in the Terms of Use. Do not upload full issues, leaked pages, unreleased artwork, or another person’s work without permission.
03. Copyright protection tracks
Divinium maintains a layered protection program: rights and chain-of-title records for commissioned and licensed works; access controls and watermarking for selected digital editions; monitoring of public repositories, marketplaces, and file-sharing channels; preservation of evidence; and notice-and-removal or platform reporting where infringement is identified. We may disable links, suspend accounts, or pursue other remedies available to rights-holders.
Nothing in this page authorizes circumvention of digital rights management, removal of copyright management information, or distribution of a file that you lawfully accessed. Security researchers may report a suspected vulnerability to security@divinium.archive without testing against other users, extracting content, or publicizing a vulnerability before we have a reasonable opportunity to respond.
04. DMCA and infringement notices
Divinium responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and comparable laws. Send a notice to our designated agent at copyright@divinium.archive with: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the exact location of the allegedly infringing material; (d) your contact information; (e) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
We may forward a notice to the affected user or hosting provider. A materially incomplete or knowingly false notice may create liability. If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notification containing the information required by law. We may restore material at our discretion and where legally permitted.
05. Permissions and press use
For classroom, library, press, exhibition, podcast, adaptation, translation, promotional, or commercial permissions, contact licensing@divinium.archive with the work, proposed use, territory, audience, duration, format, and distribution plan. A credit line or link is not a substitute for permission. Divinium may request a fee, proof of insurance, security controls, takedown terms, or a copy of the final use.
Limited quotation for criticism, commentary, news reporting, or other lawful fair use may be available under applicable law. Fair use is fact-specific; this page does not grant or guarantee it.
